REVO Multi-Zone Power Controllers

The CD Automation REVO Multiloop Power Network provides coordinated control of industrial electric heating systems with multiple zones. It replaces banks of standalone controllers, solid-state relays and associated wiring with a compact, intelligent architecture capable of managing 2 to 24 zones per node.

The range includes REVO PN for low-current resistive heaters and infrared lamps, REVO PC for higher-current resistive applications using external power units, and REVO DPU for variable-resistance, transformer-fed and other complex loads. Depending on the configuration, systems can control up to 24 single phase zones or eight three phase loads, with external power units supporting currents up to 2100A.

Synchronised Dynamic Burst Firing coordinates demand across the heating zones, reducing current peaks, flicker and stress on transformers, cables and switchgear. Integrated monitoring and diagnostics help engineers quickly identify heater, fuse and power-device faults, while communication options simplify PLC integration and centralised data access.
