REVO-S Industrial Solid-State Relay
The CD Automation REVO-S is a compact, cost-effective solid-state relay designed to replace mechanical contactors in industrial electric heating applications. With no moving parts to wear or arc, it provides reliable switching, reduced maintenance and longer operating life.
Available in single, two and three phase configurations, REVO-S covers current ratings from 30A to 800A and supply voltages up to 690Vac. Zero-cross switching minimises electrical interference, while Zero Cross and Burst Firing modes provide smooth power delivery, reduced heater thermal shock and improved process stability.
REVO-S accepts DC logic/SSR-drive, 4–20mA or 0–10V control signals, making it easy to integrate with PLCs and PID temperature controllers. It is suitable for normal resistive heaters, medium- and long-wave infrared systems, with selected versions available for transformer-fed, cold-resistance and silicon carbide loads.
An optional heater break alarm identifies partial or total load failure and provides relay and LED indication. DIN-rail mounting is available up to 60A, with larger models designed for panel mounting. CD Automation UK provides product sizing, configuration and application support.
