REVO-C Universal Thyristor Power Controller
The CD Automation REVO-C is a high-performance, fully configurable thyristor power controller for precise and reliable control of industrial electric heating loads. Available in single, two and three phase versions from 30A to 2100A, it supports resistive, variable resistance, infrared, transformer and inductive loads.
REVO-C offers a comprehensive selection of firing modes, including Zero Cross, Burst Firing, Single Cycle, Half Cycle, Delayed Triggering, Phase Angle and Soft Start. Voltage, current and true power feedback options provide accurate regulation, while current limiting and heater break diagnostics help protect heating elements and reduce unplanned downtime.
Analogue, logic and potentiometer inputs are supported, with Modbus RTU as standard and optional industrial communications including Profinet and Profibus DP. Configuration is available through dedicated PC software, with optional Wi-Fi connectivity, data logging and energy totalisation.
