St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, June 16, 2026 — Industrial Encoder Corporation, a proud member of Global Encoder Systems, announces the launch of the new IH520 Series, a slim incremental hollow shaft encoder engineered for precise motion feedback, space-constrained installations, and seamless integration in industrial automation systems.
Designed for easy installation in space-constrained environments, the IH520 combines a slim, low axial profile with flange mounting and hollow shaft construction to simplify assembly while delivering accurate motion feedback in demanding industrial environments.
The IH520 Series features a compact Ø52 mm housing, hollow shaft bore diameters from 4 mm to 10 mm or 1/4” to 3/8”, and resolutions up to 3,600 PPR. Available with Push-Pull (HTL) and RS422 (TTL) outputs, and a wide supply voltage range (5 VDC, 4.75-30 VDC, or 8-30 VDC).
The IH520 Series is well-suited for:
