Control System Integrator providing automation services and equipment to manufacturers in the industrial automation sector such as food, beverage, consumer goods, oil and gas, water and other related industries. We provide services of engineering design, programming, project management, installation and startup, training and documentation of automation systems. Additionally we provide troubleshooting and upgrade services for existing automation systems.

The most common problem we are called to support is machine downtime remediation. A machine breaks down and the end user's maintenance efforts have not resolved the issue in a timely fashion. Once we get the call we go to site and often can resolve it quickly (about 50% of time in 1 day, and up to 80% resolved in 1 week). Usually longer fixes are due to parts issues with lead times. Many times we are also asked to make small upgrades to systems we are working on as well, because once the machine operators and maintenance realize what we can do, they tell us about issues they have with the machine.
